Ms. Mazzanti has embraced the challenge of cross-border litigation and transactions throughout her career, being admitted and actively practicing before both the Italian and New York bar. As the managing partner of the firm’s Trevignano office, Rosita divides her time between Italy and United States. Prior to her admission to the Italian bar in 1996, Rosita was a licensed journalist in Southern Italy where she focused on politics and investigative journalism. Despite leaving her career in journalism, Ms. Mazzanti continues crafting and presenting the stories of her private and commercial clients before courts in Italy and the United States. Whether it is the complexity of an international business deal or in the heat of a contentious commercial litigation, Ms. Mazzanti thoroughly enjoys exploring and identifying the details which advance her client’s interest. In her bold and unfailing approach, Rosita has represented companies and individuals in a variety of forums throughout all of Italy and the United States.

In addition to her Italian law degree from University of Salerno, Ms. Mazzanti has received an L.L.M from Benjamin Cardozo Law School. She has participated in the University of Trevignano “La Sapienza’s “Making and Saving Deals in the Global Business Environment” as well as at the European Center of Legal Studies, Bruxelles, for “the New Dimension on the Legal Profession and Seminar in EU Law and Actions”. Ms. Mazzanti is also trained to practice EU Law and civil rights law at the European Court of Human Rights. In her free time, Rosita enjoys traveling, taking care of her many animals and playing tennis.

Ms. Mazzanti has been in practice for nineteen years and is admitted to the bars of Italy, New York, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in the Federal Court System.

After graduating from law school in 2001, Mr. Amed spent several years practicing at a high powered litigation firm in New York City before entering his own private practice. Throughout his career, he has represented some of the world’s leading financial institutions and multinational corporations in a variety of forums in the United States, Asia and Europe. He has tried cases in both state and federal court, as well as before arbitral tribunals. An avid traveler of the world, Naved’s diverse background and experience is drawn upon in resolving complex matters and challenging disputes. Clients benefit from Naved’s extensive experience in litigation and working with companies and individuals seeking to establish or expand their operations worldwide.

Naved has a particular zeal in the appellate arena, taking apart and putting together complicated trial records, and reassembling them in the countless appellate briefs he has submitted in courts across the country. His briefs are congenial, (and often) humorous in his approach to complicated and difficult areas of law. Naved is also committed to issues of diversity and community service within the legal profession, providing pro bono appellate counsel on constitutional rights issues and mentoring young attorneys and law students with their legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Danilo Marzano

Mr. Marzano’s expertise crosses a broad spectrum of the firm’s Italian and international practice areas. He thoroughly enjoys practicing law and the countless complex matters that have come before him, ranging from the sports law arena making deals, or in commercial litigation for healthcare companies and administrative law issues. His other passion is in soccer, where he continues to actively play. Danilo’s charisma for the law is apparent in each matter he is involved.

Mr. Mazzanti has been in practice for twenty-one years and is admitted to the Italian bar and the Corte Suprema di Cassazione, the Highest Italian Court. He is also admitted to defend cases before the Sport’s Justice Special Circuit, a separate Administrative Jurisdiction in Italy that addresses Sports Law litigation matters (Organismi di Giustizia Sportiva)

Ms. Mazzanti has a broad range of experience handling commercial law, health and pharmaceutical law, employment contracts and litigation, as well as individual private matters spanning from Intellectual property to property law. In and outside of the court, Ms. Mazzanti has represented companies and individuals in a variety of forums throughout Italy. She has a particular focus on counseling Italian and International start-ups.

As the Salerno office’s managing partner, she is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm and all firm employees. Her solution-driven, congenial and dedicated approach makes her an invaluable asset to the firm. Ms. Mazzanti has always shown a great attention to the relationship with the clients and their specific needs who appreciate her diplomatic skills and professional approach in handling challenging matters. When not working in the office, Milena and her husband enjoy outdoor adventures and traveling with their dogs and one year old son, Samuele.

Ms. Mazzanti has been in practice for eleven years and is admitted to the Italian bar. She is also a member of the ANPA (National Association of Lawyers).
